A proper follow up to the Dirty Pretty Things, I cut across town to catch a last second surprise show by rising NYC via the UK stars the Primms. I had heard good buzz about these guys but I had no idea - this band absolutely killed. Most impressive was the range Andy, Adam, Rob, & Gav showed with some of the songs being more straightforward catchy rockers, while others were more sweeping, spiraling up into the epic Muse/ Radiohead territory. Definitely catch the Primms during their upcoming residency @ Pianos.
