For lovers of independent music with heart, passion and soul, it just doesn't get much better than Toronto's Constantines.     Toronto's Constantines are one of the best bands in all of indie rock at combining raw soul vocals and precision instrumentation. The band played a typically intense set that included a few new tunes which got a little buzz going in my part of the crowd about a new album maybe coming soon.
